The Lapostolle Residence is located in the heart of Chile’s central wine country: the Colchagua Valley. Directly next to the Residence is the Clos Apalta Winery, where state of the art winemaking meets magnificent architecture. There are only four suites that are nestled into the native forested hillside, each one with a private terrace with vineyard and mountain views. The suites, whose décor is inspired by the four grape varieties of the Clos Apalta blend, are serene, intimate spaces. The cuisine showcases the local flavors and uses vegetables and herbs from the estate´s organic garden that guests may also visit and pick themselves. Hiking, mountain biking, or horseback excursions are the best ways to discover the unspoiled natural landscape of the Clos Apalta vineyards.
