With over 120 wineries, viticulture in Chile has been established for centuries. There is a wide selection of global wine varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay among others. Many of the wine grapes that were believed to be Merlot have recently been determined to be Carmenère, which is a scarcely planted variety of Bordeaux. Visitors can seek out their favorite grape or choose the type of winery they wish to visit, all the way from traditional establishments with large houses and extensive grounds, to organic enterprises, and even those that use ecological wine production technologies. All share a common goal: producing the best possible wine!
TRANSFER & BECOMING A SANTIAGUINO EXPERIENCE
Our travellers will be received at Santiago airport for private transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we will submerge ourselves into the daily life of a 'santiaguino' visiting places that aren't part of the touristic route but are part of the routine of the capital inhabitants. Walk through one of the Santiago's older neighborhoods, reading the history through its architecture, being witnesses of the transformation of the capital society. We will visit the most traditional park with the option to visit the Natural History National Museum or the Museum of Memory and Human Rights, which was inaugurated on 2010. Know the 'Metro Santiago' going to some cafés and bars with exotic charms.
STREET ART IN VALPARAISO EXPERIENCE
We will go with our luggage from Santiago to Valparaíso, where we will meet our 'Street Art' expert. Our travel will be done walking through the main Valparaíso hills to know in situ the most important murals and artworks of 'Alegre' and 'Concepción' hills.
We will know different techniques of the artists commonly called 'Grafiteros', the story and origins of the movement not only in Valparaíso but also in Santiago and Latin America.
We will follow with a meeting with a local artist to enjoy an interesting conversation and we will share a private lunch in a local art gallery. In the afternoon, we will continue our experience walking and knowing the Valparaíso elevators and knowing a little bit of the 'porteños' daily life. At the end of the afternoon we will go to Casablanca to host in Casona Matetic.
WINE MAKING & CHILEAN COUNTRY EXPERIENCE (In MATETIC VINEYARD)
We will continue our active tourism experience from Casona Matetic with a trekking between 'Palmas Chilenas', taking pictures of its vines, native forests, alpacas and sheeps.
Next, we will have a lunch based in gourmet Chilean cousine in the exclusive vineyard restaurant. In the afternoon, our travellers will know 'Bodega Matetic' designed by the architect Laurence Odjfell who harmonized organic agriculture and gravity flow design. It will be explained by the staff guides through Corralillo experience, knowing all its icon wines.
MEETING A CHILEAN HUASO, HORSEBACK EXPERIENCE
To finish our experience in the country, we will have a riding through the farm, which combines an approach in vehicle to 'La Engorda' area and go riding between vines to arrive to Mirador Sauvignon Blanc.
Starting from administration and stables we will be received for a Huaso' (Typical Chilean countryman) who will be our host and will tell us some details about the life in the country with some Valle del Rosario panoramic views with its elegant vine hillsides or its wide fields adorned with native trees, seasonal flowers and curious animals. After lunch, transfer to Santiago airport, ending our experience.

Our travellers will know two poet Pablo Neruda's houses which are a testimony of the poet's life. The first house to be visited is La Sebastiana in Valparaíso. There, he created many poems about love and about the sea. Today, La Sebastiana is an important museum where it is possible to obtain a vision of the life and inspiration of the poet. Later, we will go to the beaches of Algarrobo and El Quisco, older place of rest for aristocrat families. In Isla Negra we will meet the favorite house of the Literature Nobel Prize, Pablo Neruda. He decorated each corner of the house with elements that where related with the sea. This place of dark sandy, pines and eucalyptus enchanted Pablo Neruda and he built there one of his houses which today operates like a museum, Isla Negra Museum House. Once we have walked around the house and the garden we will return to our hotel.

VIK Experience is to live in situ icon wines production. Our travellers will go from their hotel in Santiago to Tobalaba Aerodrome to take a private helicopter flight to Viña VIK, located 105 miles south of Santiago. After 20 minutes flying we will be received by our host in VIK. Then, we will visit the vine and know the winery which is a new Chilean architecture icon designed by the architect Smiljan Radic. Following, we will have the ICON VIK Tasting, knowing the exceptional VIK Vintage, MIla Cala and Piu Belle ending with 3 tastings direct from barrel. Late, we will enjoy lunch with an amazing Millahue valley view and a tapas style menu with organic local ingredients with a VIK drink.
In the afternoon you may go riding between more than 4.400 vine hectares and with wonderful Millahue valley views. Once ending this experience we will start our aerial return to Tobalaba aerodrome where a private transfer will be waiting to conduct us to our hotel in Santiago.

Our travellers will know the Alto Maipo valley which has an important red and premium wine production and a prominent architecture.
We will go from Santiago to Pérez Cruz Vine, located in “Fundo Liguay” in Huelquen, Alto Maipo. Its winery, built in 2000 and 2001 and designed by the architect José Cruz Valle, has a modern wood architecture, pure abstraction of the wine barrels. Our travel continues with 3 premium wine tastings. Late, we will go to Viña Santa Rita, which contrasts because of its colonial architecture and older construction from the end of XIX century. We will visit the “Museo Andino” which together with Fundación Vial has rescue the Chilean historical heritage from the inca age. We will enjoy a Gourmet lunch in Doña Paula restaurant. In the afternoon we will visit its vines, winery and we will have a private tasting with 3 times in “Cava de los Patriotas”. Ending our experience we will walk through the Park and Garden Santa Rita, designed in 1880 by the landscaper Guillermo Renner.

Our experience will start in “Ruta 68” with direction to “Curacaví”. There we will know a typical “Chichería” place where the Chicha is produced, Chicha is a chilean ancestral drink based on grapes or apples fermentation. Late, we will know one of the most important Casablanca Valley boutique vines which offers sauvignon blanc and cool chardonnay. We will lunch in a typical Casablanca restaurant where we could talk with the chef and know the main ingredient of central area gastronomy. In the afternoon we will visit a Typical Chilean Confectionery knowing the traditional Chilean grandmother’s recipes.
